Important Security Message

We are committed to providing you with a secure and private environment. That's why we use sophisticated technologies to ensure that the transmission of your personal and financial information on the Internet is kept secure.

In order to ensure that your Internet transactions are protected, we require that you use a browser that supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. The following browsers support SSL technology:

  • Netscape Navigator 2.0 and higher
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 and higher

In Netscape versions prior to 4.0, you can tell you are in secure mode when you see a key at the bottom of your browser screen and the key is unbroken. Netscape Version 4.0 and beyond, as well as Microsoft's Internet Explorer will display a lock. If the lock is closed (in a locked position), you know you are in secure mode.

Sometimes, however, the lock/key will not display correctly due to the use of frames on the web site.

Please note: If you are using this program at a public terminal (work, kiosk, etc.) and you want to ensure privacy, please quit and restart the browser once you have completed your visit. This will erase any account information that may have been stored in the computer memory.
